As the Oakland A's and the Nevada legislature continue to ponder if they'll stay or if they'll go, some East Bay lawmakers are trying moving to protect the community if the franchise ends up in Vegas.
Called "The Moneyball Act". The proposed legislation would require professional baseball teams to compensate their former home if they pick up and leave.
