Tania & I started our Intermittent fasting journey back at the end of 2019. Tania lost 10kg (22 pounds) & I lost 22kg (46 pounds) Our IF lifestyle developed into a journey of discovery of health and eating nutritious foods that served us best. During covid, food security became an important aspect in our life, and we decided to chase a dream of growing our own food. Our search for a property led us to a small farm of 38 acres on the south coast of NSW Australia. We found a place that had good bones but needed a lot of work. We have since developed a Belted Galloway cattle stud and grow nearly all our own food. We have 17 Black Face Suffolk sheep, around 100 chooks for eggs, meat &pasture management to run behind the cattle & sheep. Tania has a green thumb and grows a great variety of vegetables, berries & fruit. If you had of told me 3 years ago that we would be doing this, I would have laughed as I was too unwell to even think of trying to tackle such a task.
