Someone asked a question. Sheykh Abdul Kerim Efendi is saying your body is not yours to do what you want. Allah swt has given mankind a free will, but everything is happening inside the general will. This body does not belong to you, from where did you get the right to destroy it? You can no authority on your body. For mumins (believers), there is no depression. For any situation you are in, Allah swt opens a door for you for a way out. Allah swt is saying to us He is going to test us through our wealth, health, children, loved ones- all this, it is only a confusion. The love, you don’t have to have anything in return in the love. It does not fit to the majesty of Allah swt to burden His servant with something he cannot carry- He is sending the patience and power to you to carry it.
