Only the second ever California Gubernatorial Recall election is held in 11 days.
We have seen new polling this week and early voter returns that indicate a strong level of support for Governor Gavin Newsom on the first question before voters, should the Governor be recalled or not?
By now, every California voter has received a ballot in the mail for this recall. Some have already sent back their ballots, while many are still deciding on how to vote. Can we conclude anything about which direction the political winds are blowing at this stage of the recall?
