- Build a Sequence Chain: Use the brainstorm, list, and log method to create a feedback loop.
- Kill the Excuses: Resolve to stop making excuses and commit to your goal.
- Prioritize the Priority: Always focus on the most important task first.
- Bring People on the Journey: Share your progress and journey with others.
- The 30-Day Challenge: Commit to 30 days of consistent effort.
