When we do this, we live more satisfied and abundant lives.One way to cultivate gratitude is to practice writing "Thank You Notes" to people. This act will make you feel happier and has the added bonus of nurturing relationships.My challenge for you: Write one thank you note every day for the next 7 days. Write on sticky notes, in a card, in a text message, in an email... it doesn't matter- just write a thank you note to someone every day for 7 days.
