On the eve of the Presidential inauguration, the U.S Conference of Mayors’ (USCM) is set to hold its 93rd Annual Winter Meeting in Washington, D.C. from January 17 through January 19. One of the mayors in attendance is Durham Mayor Leonardo Williams who is kind enough to join Chris Edwards this morning from our Nation's Capitol.
