Definition: Self-sacrificing devotion and loyalty
Jesus as the model: Isaiah 53:5, Hebrews 12:2
Practical example: Leaders arrive early, not “on time”
2. Diligence
Definition: Steady, earnest, energetic effort
Proverbs 27:23 – Know your flock
Proverbs 12:24 – Hard work leads to leadership
3. Discipline
Definition: Orderly conduct and self-control
