Chances are you've seen Ethan Suplee on a screen somewhere. He's best known for his acting roles in movies such as American History X, Remember the Titans and Blow. He also starred in all four seasons of the NBC sitcom My Name is Earl, and most recently alongside Edward Norton and Alec Baldwin in Motherless Brooklyn. Throughout his life, Ethan struggled with obesity, once weighing 530 lbs. He has since gone through a complete physical transformation and has lost more than 200 lbs. His new podcast, American Glutton, is dedicated to his pursuit of health and fitness, and our relationship with food. In this conversation, Ethan tells Anna how his secretive eating as a child spiraled into other aspects of his life, and how his obsessive personality plays into his health and well-being. Ethan and Anna also discuss how everyone's body is different and that there is no one "perfect diet" for anyone.
