EP 322 - Uncovering the History of Toxic Masculinity with World Traveler & Seeker of Truth Eli Coberly
Eli Coberly is a world traveler and seeker of truth through adventure. At seventeen, he left his small Pacific Northwest town to fulfill his dream of becoming an Army paratrooper. At twenty, he was honorably discharged and began his search for a new dream. Eli’s writing has taken him worldwide to explore a few of the bigger questions of our human existence. His prophetic worldview combines military service, counterculture, and the anthropology and archeology of the world’s religious symbols. Eli is a yoga therapist and has been a yoga student for over a decade. When he isn’t writing or practicing yoga, Eli examines Tibetan Buddhist tradition, sits in ceremonies with Maya priests, and traverses caves deep in the Belize jungle. In this episode, Eli joins Dr. Taz to share his journey of uncovering different ways of living and talk about the life lessons he learned from his quest.Today on Super Woman Wellness: The impact of Mayan culture on the present worldBiggest revelations during Eli's questInspiration and message behind Eli's bookDream time as a tool for fighting anxiety This show is supported by:EastWest | Use code SWW30 to get 30% off at theeastwestway.com.
