We all get frustrated, but we have things to accomplish. Even the most positive, upbeat people have moments, hours or even days of feeling zero motivation. It's OK. What's not acceptable is letting that negativity become your "new normal". That's a one-way ticket to loser town. Instead, acknowledge your doubts, frustrations and moments of weakness but then get back to work. Create momentum to move yourself into the win column. Just start, it gets easier as you go. Good works lead to great things. No one is feeling positive 100% of the time, so don't try t use any temporary setbacks as excuses. Reflect, learn what you can from that setback and come back stronger than ever. That's how you build success.
