The culture has decreed certain looks, weight and body shape to be acceptable. How do we break free of this and move into our inner place of "I am enough the way I am?" How do we find who we are, because we are not the body.

Having both been in the entertainment industry, Jill and Fiona explore why we need to explore how to discover who we are and not be trapped by struggling to look as others or the culture tell us we should look. One problem with identifying with what we look like is that we will age, no question and then we suffer because we're not looking as we did when we were young.
