Naturopath Tracy Southwick has been serving others in the holistic health world for over 28 years. Her passion has always been to educate and inspire all people to address their health concerns from a mind-body-spirit perspective. Through the years, Tracy has hosted 3 radio popular shows, had regular appearances on Fox 26 in Houston, and spoken at multiple conferences and seminars.
She founded Heights of Health Holistic Health Clinic in The Houston Heights in 2007 and her love of teaching led her to open Mind Body Spirit Release
Academy in 2020. Tracy and her staff guide their clients to reach their health goals, as well as train health practitioners and doctors from around the world how to integrate her proprietary holistic techniques into their practices.
