When we have a dream on our heart, when we want to start something new, when we want to go against the grain - we think about everything that could go wrong. What if others judge me? What if this fails? What if I fail? All of these fears are normal because our brain is quite literally designed to keep us safe. But are these fears holding you back from bringing your true desires and purpose for your life to fruition?

- We logically KNOW that we can do anything, but sometimes we don’t FEEL that we can
- Our brain doesn’t know the difference between physical danger and emotional danger
- Considering the price of avoiding all danger and fear
