People with disabilities face a number of barriers in the labor market — from unconscious biases to literal barriers to workplaces. As a result, the unemployment rate among people with disabilities was more than twice as high as those without one — 7.6% and 3.5%, respectively.Mark Raymond Jr., founder of the Split Second Foundation, helps people become aware of the needs of the community.
