Dee often spoke about wanting to pursue a career in sports. Here he talks about his upbringing and how playing sports has led him to the career he has now. Dee is now considered to be one of the most  sought youth basketball coach/trainer in Southern California; he is also  a NBA trainer and player development coach, the head coach of the RAGE AAU basketball team, and director of Basketball Operations at Redline Athletics in Ventura, Ca. We got to pick his brain on what he looks for in young basketball players and what it takes to get to the  next level.
