As we enter chapter 3 of Galatians, Paul begins to correct the church for coming into the family of God by faith, but leaving faith behind for their works in order to grow.
As we have begun in the Spirit, we will progress as believers by the Spirit. The just will live by faith. The entire Christian life is built on faith, not performance; this is the way it has always been, and there is no other way.
