In this episode, Jenni asks Thom about his love for fitness and how hw was impacted when in 2010 he suffered a serious neck injury during the Wales-Scotland Six Nations game. The incident very almost left him paralysed but luckily he did recover and shares how one of the most important things for him at that time was to get back out running.
