That lawmaker is Congresswoman Katie Porter, a Democrat from Orange County, whose comments about inflation went viral as she brought her own real-life experience as a single mother of three young kids to the conversation, opening the eyes of some of her fellow Democrats, and warning them that they are doomed this November if they don’t wake up.
