He has created the Mindful Money Management Model (TM) to help people optimize their daily money management, and has published over 100 scientific articles, authored multiple books, and has been a popular keynote speaker at dozens of national conferences. He has significant experience as a senior executive in multiple industries (including software, healthcare, retail, and petrochemical sectors).James holds a PhD in Management and Decision Sciences from the University of Lancaster in England, and a second doctorate in from the University of Houston in leadership. He has an MBA from Baylor University, and his undergraduate training was in management and economics from the University of Texas, San Antonio. He is a Registered Investment Adviser (RIA) with the Texas Securities Board and holds both the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designations. He also is a Six Sigma Black Belt and has certifications in financial and life coaching.
