What were you doing when you were 23? Hersh Rai and Nicholas Vu are exceptional examples of what you can achieve if you have a passion that you are willing to dedicate yourself to, no matter your age. They are fueled largely by one another, as well as by the inspiration they draw from their immigrant parents who overcame many hardships while building their lives in America. Hersh and Nicholas have both graduated from the US Naval Academy, are pursuing Master’s degrees at Purdue University and are well on their way to completing their first deal as multifamily real estate investors.
