Self-image and self-esteem are buzz words that get tossed about all the time in our day and age. But in truth we should not seek to have self-esteem, but God-esteem. God wants us to be God-conscious, not self-conscious. God wants us to draw our identity from Him, not the world and social norms and customs. Human appraisal is very fickle and can change on a dime. God-esteem is un-changing. His esteem is fixed in stone and will serve you well as you go through life!
