Delegating tasks and responsibilities is key as a business scales. As Alex's company grew quickly, he focused on letting go of control by empowering his team to take on more. Learning to delegate instead of doing everything yourself is vital. Small problems can snowball into relationship breakdowns if not addressed. Something as simple as loud snoring compounded over the years for Alex, driving his wife out of their bedroom. This was a catalyst leading to their separation and divorce.
