Give yourself permission to take a break. That's right, the #SaturdayMorningHustle is good with the idea of taking a break (occasionally). Sometimes you can get more done after recharging your batteries. The only thing you can control is your effort and your attitude, but even that has its limits. You must always be striving to first #WorkSmart before you #WorkHard to maximize efficiency and impact. That can include taking a step back for 5 minutes, a half day or a long 3-day weekend to gain perspective, clear your head or just regain your strength. This isn't the normal operating procedure, but the random reset we all need from time-to-time. After all, Labor Day is a holiday (DAY OFF) to celebrate the work you do on a regular basis.
