“Doing some resistance training is going to be super, super, super beneficial in so many ways. And when I say resistance training, it doesn't mean lifting heavy weights, although in my opinion, lifting heavy is ideal but for most people, that's not where they're at. For a lot of people, it's like, Hey, let's just get you fucking started with moving using your own body weight, right? And then we can always add in some weights from that point so it also again, this is the biggest point that I want to share here is that our goal is to preserve muscle. We want to preserve muscle, especially as we are maturing and age. You guys, it is so important to preserve the muscle so it's not about how many calories you're burning. It's not about that. It's about preserving your muscle while you're able to burn fat. All right, this is the goal.
