On this episode I am joined by another amazing guest, chartered accountant and career empowerment superstar Ritu. She shares her story from starting out as an accountant in India, her move to New Zealand, shifting roles to accelerate her career and her leadership growth.  We yarn about imposter syndrome and confidence, and how this plays out for women in the workplace, as well as things we wish we knew earlier in our careers. Ritu also talks about the importance of representation in leadership, and some of her experiences as a woman of colour in corporate NZ.
