In this episode of 1050 Bascom, we welcome back Prof. David Canon to talk about his teaching and research career at UW-Madison. Prof. Canon will be retiring after a decade's long career here where he is a very popular teacher and prolific researcher. We are very sad to see him move on – but excited to have an opportunity to talk to him about what’s next. Prof. Canon was instrumental in launching our podcast and is a frequent and favorite friend of the pod. And, of course, we promise we will invite him back to the podcast in the future to talk about American politics.
