June is Pride Month in the United States and other countries around the world. It's a time to honor the contributions of people who are LGBTQ+, celebrate the progress the community has made over the years, and recognize the challenges that still remain. One of the areas that still requires attention is in the workplace, where employers often offer a patchwork quilt of inclusivity benefits.The Human Rights Campaign (HRC) has been paying attention to this area for decades, shining a light on the topic through its Corporate Equality Index.
