This interview with Volodymyr Ishchenko explores the fate of the left in Ukraine. Ishchenko was born in Ukraine in 1982. His writing has appeared in the Guardian, Al Jazeera, Jacobin and the New Left Review. His book "Towards the Abyss: Ukraine from Maidan to War" was published by Verso in February of 2024.
