Jess is a Pea mum to her four-year-old daughter Sadie, who has a rare genetic condition called GNB1 syndrome, epilepsy and autism.  Sadie's journey inspired Jess to create a planner especially designed for carers and people with disabilities with content that reflect their needs, and hopes that the planner can help people to stay organised, prioritise self-care and better advocate for their needs.
