Alessandra Veronesi began her career in the marketing industry before pivoting over to a more spiritual path. She encountered some challenging moments during the depths of the pandemic, but was able to navigate those times by pursuing plant based medicine, breathwork and meditation. In this episode, she shares her experiences with Ayahuasca, Peyote and meditation. She is now speaker, meditation advocate and has authored two books titled, "A New Banana" and "Desperado. Alessandra works with private clients and companies to identify shifts within themselves and their environments which allow them to find greater life satisfaction through meditation and universal awareness.
