Send us a textWhimsical playfulness shows up as people that often break the conforming rules of society by having fun and not worrying about what other people think of them. This may show up as someone who sings in the car, loves Disney, dresses up in cosplay, wears big earrings or a crazy jacket. Our 4 types of playfulness we covered these last few days were:1) Other-Directed - you enjoy fun activities with others like rollerskating, dancing and bike riding2) Lighthearted- you laugh easily and find amusement in small things. You don't take yourself or others too seriously. Even an embarrassing moment can be turned into something to laugh about.3) Intellectual playfulness- you love board games, card games, riddles & puzzles. An escape room is a great night of fun for you.4) Whimsical playfulness- you love whimsey and don't feel the need to conform to societal rules. Maybe you are an adult that loves Disney, or you love to dress up in cosplay. Maybe you love to sing at the top of your voice in the car. Maybe you have a pair of hot pink velvet pants you love to pair with a funky patterned jacket. What kind of playfulness are you?DM me on Instagram to share your playfulness type(s) @tiphanykane Join the Love & Life membership groupGet your #selflove merchandise hereSupport the showI want to hear from you!Support & Subscribe- your support helps me to keep making this podcast!
