If there’s a mistake I wish I avoided when starting my first company, it would be the one I talk about in today’s YouTube video.It’s common for early (or even late) entrepreneurs to be psychologically biased towards certain actions, or approaching actions in a certain way.I was fortunate to be educated by a mentor in my journey to remedy my biases and develop a new way of approaching tasks that led to me going on to make multi-seven figures.Come to think of it, I can’t think of any 7 / 8 figure people who don’t do this.
