Now, we invite you to engage in a reflective exercise with three insightful questionnaires that will help you uncover deeper truths about your life, motivations, and fears.

Grab your notebook and pen, as we'll be guiding you through questions designed to reveal the core of your being and set the stage for transformative change. This is a session rich in introspection and realization, so take your time, be honest, and let the process guide you toward a brighter, more empowered you.

Questions asked in Questionnaire 1: General Information About You

* Describe your life as it is today

* What areas of your life are you happy with?

* What areas of your life are you unhappy with?

* How do you feel about your life purpose?

* Have you fulfilled any or all of your desires? List what has been accomplished and what hasn't.

* What do you desire to get from this book?

* Are you aware of repeat patterns in your life? If so, list them.

* Do you have health challenges? If so, write them out here.

* If you had a perfect life, what would it be like? Be very specific, and don't leave anything out.

* Do you believe anything is possible?

* Have you ever deliberately manifested something you wanted? What was it, and how did you do it?

* Do you feel you have difficulty manifesting? Why?

* How would you rate your level of happiness? (Scale of 1-10)

Questionnaire 2: Your Motivations

* List at least 5, but preferably 10 desires that you know you have.

* For each desire, ask yourself why you desire it.

Questionnaire 3: Fear and Change

* Make a list of your greatest fears.

* How easy is it for you to change things in your life?

* Do you believe your age limits what you can do?

* Is there something you have wanted to change for a long time that you still haven't changed?

* Why haven't you made the changes?

* If the 'how things could change' wasn't an issue, would you still delay the change?

* Do you have any addictions? If so, what are they?

* What's going on in your life when you say 'yes' to an addiction?

* How many times has fear stopped you from making positive changes?

These questions can facilitate a thoughtful discussion on the various aspects and key points covered in the Manifesting Course.
