Exodus 20:8-11

The seventh day is a Sabbath to the Lord.

1. 24/7 Creates Imbalance
   • Never Enough
   • Exhaustion
   • Ingratitude
2. The gift of 24/6
   • Balance: simplicity, contentment, and rest.
   • Enough is enough

Next Steps:

1. Name some things in your life that are 'never enough'.
2. Commit to making one day a week Sabbath (name the day)
3. Commit to enjoying Sabbath experiences with others. (Identify who this will be.)
