We are starting to test large-scale improvements to team perks. We haven't created a new system, but rather developed the existing one. Let's call it a serious evolution.
Now, each team member has just six slots for main perks. There is good news for crew members who fulfill several roles at once. It is a "bonus perk" system. If a crew member has a secondary qualification, it will be trained alongside the major one. Bonus perks do not increase the total training time, no matter how many there are.

About our guest:
Bev is a full time voice actor and has been for over 10 years. Located in Ontario Canada, her focus is on commercial, non-broadcast, elearning and telephony for the most part but has also narrated the one and only season of a TV show titled "The People's Couch", based off Goggle Box in the UK.
She's been an animated ball with arms and legs for a maths program, voiced characters in a WarGaming video, and so far has recorded one audio book.
Bev might be best known as the original Text-to-Speech voice of TikTok, who in 2021 brought a lawsuit against the social media platform for the unauthorised use of her voice.
She is also a co-Territory Controller for Gravy for the Brain Canada, alongside Graeme Spicer.
