In Season 2 Episode 8 of Bachtalk, I sat down with Patrick Jones who is a Minor League Hitting Coach for the Baltimore Orioles and the host of “Patrick Jones Baseball Podcast”. Patrick has a huge presence on social media in the baseball world having over 19k followers on Instagram. His podcast consists of conversations with coaches and players from all levels of baseball. It is one of the best baseball podcasts out there and I would recommend his show to anyone I know. Patrick is a new age type of hitting coach, using technology such as Blast, K-Vest, and Rapsodo. He loves technology but believes you still need the “old school” mentality of coaching to build a strong foundation towards players.
