In the final chapter, God helped Jonah see Ninevah the way He sees Ninevah—with compassion. Through this story, there’s an invitation for us to consider what things we feel most compassionate toward, and recognize that’s a glimpse of the compassion God feels toward the world. We need to see the world the way God sees the world.
