In this episode I talk with Shane Peed about his race at IRONMAN© 70.3 Texas. He is using this race as a training race for Ironman Texas in a few weeks. Shane is the owner and operator of Piedmontese Steaks Company. He talks about the training going into the race and the difference in the weather temperature (or lack of) from Nebraska to Texas this year. The race day temperature was mid 40s on the bike and warmed up slightly for the run. Water temperature this year was 69 degrees and wetsuit legal.
