In this solo episode I discuss autoimmune diseases and how they can be influenced by diet, and how we've known this for well over a century.  I go through this and the current literature on the subject as well.  In my experience as a doctor, and from speaking to countless people online, a strict elimination diet, most favorably the Carnivore Diet, gives seemingly miraculous results to patients with autoimmune diseases, and can even allow them to come off some or all of their medication.  This is something that most doctors today would believe impossible, and yet it's happening. As Richard Feynman said, "It doesn't matter how brilliant your theory is, and it doesn't matter how smart you are.  If it doesn't agree with experiment, it's wrong." And well, they're wrong.
