One thing that I think is common right now is moving people straight to tele-health visits because it's familiar and it's what you think people want.  What we find is that ultimately, people are just looking for a solution to a problem and one way that we can position that is by a productized service.  I think this can be a very effective way to sell virtually and I get into more of why this is on today's episode.
