The question was: Weights first or cardio first? Trevor replied with this... "You definitely want to prioritize weight training first. I would definitely say weights before cardio. And then in an ideal scenario, maybe you have a 30 minute break after your weight training session. You can grab a little bit of water. You can do a proper cool down. You can recover a little bit and then you could go into a cardio session... working out twice a day is NOT necessary.
