Hamas has released footage of a 21 year old Israeli woman who is being held hostage by the terror group. 

Gina Ligon is the Director of the National Counterterrorism Innovation, Technology and Education Center, based at the University of Nebraska in Omaha. 

She spoke with Newsline and Brigitte Quinn about the hostage crisis.
