In the service industry, we have rules to ensure all guests/customers are treated fairly and consistently... such as those pesky things like check in and check out times, charges for smoking and damages. When you stay in a hotel, rent a car, take a cruise, etc. and decide you are going to abuse the rental, expect the charges... and they won't be cheap.
