Tried drop shipping for a month and unfortunately, it did not work for her. None of those mentioned stood up for months. Beyond hope, but still, the eagerness is there. Until such time when she had been craving these sweet brownies. Instead of buying one, she made it herself. First time to bake and the result was failed brownies. Determined to get the best result, she tried different recipes, and experiments, until she got the second attempt successfully done. From there, she found herself happy with baking. Started to invest in baking tools and ingredients. Nonstop practice to get the perfect recipe and to serve the best brownies you’ll ever taste. In the process of trial and error, her family, especially her cousin, had been there to support her. Failure is an option and a learning experience. Elaine did not stop even though she had lots of rejected brownies. She is committed to baking and the Brownerist she thought was a funny name idea is now her brand. Elaine completed the competency requirements under the Philippine TVET Competency Assessment in Bread and Pastry Production NCII.
