This episode of Master Your Mindset and Metabolism, is a little bit different than our normal episodes. This episode really came from my heart, about changing your habits and the role your beliefs play in changing those habits, and recognizing that you have the power to control these aspects of your life. It is important that my clients feel empowered in making decisions for themselves and not feeling selfish. It is important that they are loyal to themselves and honor those decisions. It is important that they feel confident in themselves that they can accomplish the tasks they set out to do. This is why, I believe, education and self improvement is so important. And my goal as a coach, is to bring this mindset and beliefs to all of my clients.
