I now reside in Las Vegas Nevada where I raised two daughters and am still raising a son as a single mom. Being a single mom is hard enough but when my kids became teenagers acting out in self destructive ways, the fear and feelings of powerlessness became so overwhelming that I unknowingly spiraled into depression. That experience was so painful that when I bounced back, using the tools that I teach my coaching clients, I made it my mission to ensure that no mom would struggle alone as I did! I redirected my coaching from helping dating women to helping moms. I founded The Single Moms Doing It All podcast and coaching business where I help single moms prevent the downward spiraling into negative emotions and/or depression, so they can connect with their own power and inner wisdom to co-parent with the Universe.
