Redefining Success: Balancing Self-care, Goals & Achievement in Business Hustle Culture
Today, I want to share with you and I think this could possibly be the most important episode I've dropped all year and that is the idea of success and the collective shift I noticed since the whole 2020 pandemic thing has passed now and the world is open again.
2020 forced us to slow down and reflect on what we actually want and appreciate the small things but also a lot of businesses were started during this time and some business owners may not know what it was like before 2020.
And now the world is open again, I am seeing people fall back into the hustle, the pressure the speed to achieve things and it can start to feel heavy.
The world is moving faster than ever and it’s so easy to get caught up in the instant gratification culture – it’s very easy to fall into that feeling of not enough or feeling like you need to do more, be more and achieve more.
Especially for us overachievers – a girl has big goals right!?
But it doesn’t mean it’s a race.
