He turned to intense physical action, such as boxing and fitness training, as a way to distract himself from negative thoughts and find a higher frequency. Now, as a fitness trainer and life coach, John focuses on helping men overcome their vices and find purpose in their lives. He believes that physical fitness is a gateway to a positive mindset and offers valuable insights and guidance to his clients. Despite being labeled a sociopath at one point, John has proven that change is possible and that he can help others transform their lives as well.
