As it turns out, those "slow streets" many fought so hard for in San Francisco, aren't all that slow.
That's according to a report from San Francisco transit officials, which found that several of the city's 16 slow streets had heavier-than-intended traffic, and have had cars going faster than than 15 miles-per-hour limit.
